WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY AND WILL NOT COLLECT, SELL OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED BY YOU OR ALLOWED OR REQUIRED BY LAW.  When you type your name and contact information into our website, provide it at a live event, or otherwise submit the same to us, whether directly or through intermediaries like social media platforms or third-party websites, you agree that this shall act as your electronic signature and express written consent that Uplife Group, LLC, along with its agents, assigns and affiliates/partners, may call and text you at the number(s) provided (or provided later), and email you, with marketing offers and other information, including possibly using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded messages, and artificial voices and generative-AI, including on holidays and outside of normal calling time restrictions and even if you are on a Do-Not-Call database.
